This section of the Galleries will be devoted to some of the image manipulation that I enjoy - from panoramic views to fake celebrities!

I've recently bought a Canon S20 digital camera, and most of the pictures on these pages were taken with it.

This picture was taken from the top of Monks Hill, overlooking Glossop, and stretches from Hattersley on the left to the Snake Pass on the right. It was my first attempt at stitching together a panoramic photo. WARNING - if you download the photo, it will take some time, as it is almost 400K, but I think it is worth it!

On the Woodhead Road, a panorama of a couple of reservoirs

And here's winter over Hadfield and Tintwistle - in the large photo, the intrusive lamp post has disappeared!

Again, the image size means a file of 490K, but I think you'll agree that the download was worthwhile.

The Peak District - from the carpark at the Blue John Mine - this picture is about 370K, but again, I think it is a good download.
